by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions:

topic	details
general	i reserve the right to deny a commission service.	prices are per character, and may change depending on the complexity of the task.	artwork may be used in a portfolio or posted into social media unless requested otherwise.
skill level	do: human / people, fanarts, photograph references, half human half creature, ponies, ships.	dont: robots / mecha, any kind of gore, nsfw, anything offensive (hate art, racism, pedophilia, etc.).	you can ask me about any other contents only if they're not listed here.
references	full references are required, and if possible, use image reference to avoid lesser mistakes.	if there are less to no references involved, understand that the work may take longer to design them myself.	Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order form(s) will be changed for free.
time frame	commissions are estimated to be done within 2-10 days. it can take longer if the task is a bit difficult, but i will inform if it does.	you may also give a deadline as long as it is reasonable and warned beforehand.	i will try to inform whether there is a delay due to unexpected situations or plannings outside my workflow.
revisions and edits	you will be sent one or two sketches in which you are able to inform what you want to pick, change, remove or add.	you are limited to 3 changes and only can be done during sketching. more than that will get you additional fee each revision.	Any edits post sketch that weren't my responsibility, will cost a fee. Fee depends on what you want redrawn/fixed.
payment	payments will only be accepted through bni or shopeepay [idr] and paypal [usd] (unless i said otherwise).	you have to pay 50% before i start on a commission, and the other 50% before i send the finished png file.
usage policy	if my work is intended for commercial use, there will be an additional fee of 50% - 100% of the total commissioned price.	under any circumstances, you are not allowed to use it as nfts (or any other crypto-based platforms) and claiming my work as your own is strictly prohibited.	otherwise, my artworks are for personal use only.
refunds	full refund can only be issued if the commission hasn't start post sketch, and no refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.	If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done.	If I cannot finish your commission for any reason, you will be refunded in full.
strictly prohibited actions	using any aspect of my work to train all sort of artificial intelligence.	removing / covering my watermark on the artwork.	to change, modify or altering my artwork without my permission.
additional note	if you have commissioned me before and wanted a redraw, do note that full payment is still required.	you may only ask for a watermark-less png file if you have paid for the commercial use fee.	i may stream the progress on twitch, but i will ask first for permission before i do so.
